We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Specialist to join our team. The ESG Specialist will play a crucial part in evaluating and enhancing Leslie's performance in areas related to environmental impact, social responsibility, and governance practices. This role will conduct research, analyze data, and manage projects across a range of ESG areas, including environmental sustainability, social impact, and ethical governance. The ESG Specialist will also lead initiatives to embed ESG principles across all facets of our operations, influencing company culture, policies, and strategic decision-making. The ESG Specialist will report to the Director of Human Resources.
