ESG/GRESB Consultant

We’re looking for a dedicated ESG / GRESB Consultant to help our clients navigate the evolving landscape of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) programs and performance, with a specific focus on GRESB (Global ESG Benchmark for Real Assets) reporting and certification. As an ESG / GRESB Consultant at BranchPattern, you will be at the forefront of helping real estate owners and operators assess, report, and improve their ESG performance in line with global standards. This role involves providing strategic advice, technical support, and management services for GRESB assessments, sustainability certifications, and ESG-related initiatives directly to our clients. You will work closely with clients to develop tailored solutions that align with their sustainability goals, improve their environmental impact, and position them for success in the global real estate market. This is a client-facing position which requires superior communication, writing, and presentation skills.
