About The Position

The Analyst will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data to solve customer needs. This position will leverage streamlined processes, structured problem-solving techniques, and data management principles to drive customer value.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining clients' ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager (ESPM) profiles, and ensuring accuracy of the profiles
• Managing and submitting ENERGY STAR award applications for clients
• Successfully submitting building data via ESPM for compliance with local energy and water benchmarking ordinances
• Work closely with customers to resolve data issues
• Present data analysis reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop effective actions and guidelines that enable process improvements
• Manage the customer onboarding process to Conservice ESG's platform and oversee ongoing maintenance
• Manage customer relationships to promote and create value through strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and relationship-building
• Work with Conservice ESG's internal leaders and teams to continuously improve company products and offerings to drive growth
