About The Position

The ESG Account Manager at Conservice LLC is responsible for managing the overall relationship with ESG accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading various projects to meet client needs. This role involves collaboration with multiple departments, project management, and effective communication with clients and internal teams. The position requires travel and offers flexibility in work location, including remote, in-office, or hybrid options.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office programs
  • Familiarity with Asana is a plus
  • ESG and real estate experience is a plus
  • PMP or other similar credential is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Project lead for client account review processes and presentations
  • Relationship management with client executives and senior management
  • Leading internal and client calls
  • Research and problem solving
  • Client engagement, stakeholder analysis and communication
  • Project management
  • Coordinate and work with internal teams between the various ESG departments as well as Conservice account managers, billing managers and data integrity team
  • Use ESG & commercial real estate subject matter expertise to confer with customers and end users on desired features to be prioritized and built into the Goby technology
  • Keep a pulse on the market, including local, statewide, or national legislation, such as energy disclosure ordinances or benchmarking performance requirements
  • Be the advocate for Conservice and the Product team with regards to market demand for new features and functionality that will enrich our technology and increase our value
  • Review the Goby platform with customers periodically to gather feedback on what works, what might be extraneous, and how to better organize
  • Participate in Product roadmap review sessions where features and functionality are prioritized with Product senior leadership team.
