As our ESE Paraprofessional, you'll earn $15.50 an hour and enjoy a full suite of benefits , including: Health, dental, and vision Life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Short- and long-term disability Uniforms THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS AN ESE PARAPROFESSIONAL This is a full-time, onsite position with our special education team. Hours are Monday–Friday, either 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 7:30 AM–3:30 PM. As an ESE Paraprofessional, you'll assist teachers with small group instruction, supervise and engage students, maintain a clean and organized classroom, and help prepare materials that support learning. You'll also attend meetings, participate in training, and provide adaptive support to students as needed. Every day, you'll play a key role in helping students reach their full potential. OUR IDEAL ESE PARAPROFESSIONAL We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications: Associate's degree or 60 credit hours and a passing score on the ParaPro exam Adaptive and fun-loving, with a growth mindset Commitment to customer needs and delivering results Ability to work effectively as a team Experience working with special education students is preferred.
