  • Monitor and respond to ESD compliance check failures, ESD acceptance testing, ESD Botron tester troubleshooting and repair, monitoring, and collecting data.
  • Utilize ESD equipment based on ESDA and the Manufacturer’s directions.
  • Monitor and operate multiple ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) equipment.
  • Verify that machines are recorded accurately in computer programs.
  • Communicate ESD issues with area personnel.
  • Analyze equipment performance discrepancies and communicate possible causes.
  • Validate the accuracy of ESD data.
  • Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches, or drawings.
  • Perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to solder, use an O-Scope, and a voltmeter.
  • Prior experience working with Electrostatic Discharge systems.
  • Electrical/mechanical skills.
  • Robotics experience.
  • Troubleshooting electronics.
