About The Position
Since 1997, AlphaStaff has delivered HR outsourcing solutions to thousands of small and medium-sized businesses across the country, as well as some large organizations. We are currently seeking an Escrow Specialist for our client, VOTA Inc., a leader in the vacation ownership industry and provider of premier title and escrow services. This role is crucial in performing daily escrow accounting tasks, ensuring accurate and timely fund reconciliations, and maintaining regulatory compliance. You will work closely with the Escrow Manager to support the department's operations, process key financial transactions, and deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of escrow operations in the dynamic and evolving timeshare industry. You are an organized and detail-oriented professional who excels at handling financial data with precision. With experience in escrow, you have a strong ability to handle reconciliations and financial reporting. You are proficient in using escrow software and other systems to manage transactional processes, and you're diligent in both maintaining compliance and delivering high-quality service.
