Job Description Applies basic skills while developing some specialized skills in procedures, operations, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment appropriate to area of specialization; performs routine and/or repetitive tasks; limited decision making required; generally works under close supervision; work is performed from within specific limits of established procedures and/or defined instructions. Understand escrow account procedures, including payments and escrow functions. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in managing escrow accounts and performing tasks. Ability to identify escrow issues as they relate to hazard insurance and work with the team to resolve issues Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Ability to communicate effectively with internal team members, external agents, and customers. Pay assigned hazard insurance bills consisting of manual bills for applicable/assigned vendors. Processing fax and email requests for insurance payment or other hazard insurance information. Review and process HZ declarations, send letters to correct mortgagee clauses to agents Handle HZ cancellations and reinstatements and other correspondence. Reviewing assigned tasks sent through MSP daily Sort incoming and outgoing mail. Handle customer service calls and inquiries. Review and process reports for unpaid HZ bills Scan documents. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
