Requirements

Responsibilities

Scan and upload insurance mail received daily to electronic file.
Prepare, input and process payments for tax and insurance bills.
Print checks for authorized check requests, escrow refunds, and tax/insurance disbursements.
Verify and perform escrow maintenance, escrow tracking and verification, and disbursement.
Process monthly escrow analysis.
Process Force Placed Insurance and ensure timely vendor payments.
Prepare mortgage loan payoff quotes.
Process and monitor of all insurance loss drafts.
Research and resolve internal and external customer inquiries and disputes regarding escrow analysis, taxes and insurance, payments, and general customer concerns.
