Client Collaboration: Partner with Escrow Business Development and Private Bankers to onboard clients, gather necessary documentation, and coordinate seamless deal closings. Cross-Functional Partnership: Engage with internal specialists (foreign exchange, equity) to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs. Operational Oversight: Oversee account openings, fundings, and closings, ensuring accuracy and resolving any deficiencies. Risk Management: Monitor account activity, manage "tickler" items, and oversee claim submissions, adhering to contractual and legal obligations. Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate resolutions. Sales Support: Participate in sales calls and client presentations to promote Escrow Agent services.
