About The Position
The primary function of this position is to generate mortgage business and meet with members to discuss and answer questions regarding our mortgage loan financing program guidelines and requirements. The candidate must have comprehensive knowledge of all mortgage products, parameters, specific rates, terms, and guidelines. Responsibilities include preparing required initial loan estimates, applications, disclosures, closing disclosures, and closing documents, which include attorney settlement instructions.
