As an Escrow Officer at Old Republic Title, you will be at the heart of real estate transactions, expertly coordinating closings and ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed. Your role is pivotal in seamlessly communicating and confirming transaction details with principals, agents, lenders, and other key parties, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient process. You'll take charge of preparing and coordinating escrow instructions, documents, and fund disbursements, ensuring that all requirements for title insurance issuance are satisfied. Acting as a trusted liaison between clients and our title and underwriting departments, you'll help maintain the integrity and efficiency that our clients expect. This is an office-based position in Tracy, CA. This position is neither hybrid nor remote. Your daily responsibilities will include preparing detailed settlement statements in compliance with all state and federal regulations, ensuring accuracy at every step. By reviewing and clearing title requirements, collaborating with underwriters, and resolving any discrepancies, you will ensure that transactions proceed smoothly and efficiently. In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate closely with management, sales, and marketing teams to drive revenue growth, retain clients, and secure new business opportunities. As a mentor, you'll guide and train escrow assistants, fostering a productive and supportive environment within your branch. Beyond your core duties, you'll represent the company at industry events, continue your professional development through ongoing education, and stay adaptable in a rapidly changing industry.
