Requirements

  • 2–4 years of escrow experience (Escrow Assistant background a plus)
  • Strong decision-making, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and internal partners
  • A customer-first mindset with a positive, professional approach
  • Comfort adapting to new technology and workflows
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to support and mentor others
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Required state licensing/certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of real estate escrow transactions
  • Open and maintain escrow accounts, ensuring all terms are met
  • Act as a neutral liaison between all parties, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk
  • Handle funds accurately and in accordance with contract terms and company policy
  • Review titles, mortgages, and trust deeds
  • Prepare and process closing documents and final settlement statements
  • Record and file documents to successfully close transactions
  • Provide clear, timely updates to all parties throughout the process
