🌟 Lead Complex Transactions with Confidence

As an Escrow Officer III, you’ll take the lead on high-value, complex real estate transactions while mentoring junior staff and ensuring a seamless, compliant process from start to finish. This is a senior-level role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is ready to lead by example.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive experience in escrow, title, or real estate
• At least 3 years as an Escrow Assistant and/or Escrow Officer
• Deep knowledge of escrow and title processes
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow software
• Valid Notary Commission and state driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Manage complex residential, commercial, and national escrow transactions
• Prepare and present closing documents and escrow instructions
• Coordinate closings, recordings, disbursements, and title issuance
• Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and company policies
• Resolve issues proactively and maintain a solution-oriented approach
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor and support junior escrow officers and assistants
• Oversee task assignments and provide performance feedback
• Represent the company in professional and community settings
• Perform notary duties in accordance with NNA guidelines
