About The Position
As an Escrow Officer at Old Republic Title, you will be at the heart of real estate transactions, expertly coordinating closings and ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed. Your role is pivotal in seamlessly communicating and confirming transaction details with principals, agents, lenders, and other key parties, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient process. You'll take charge of preparing and coordinating escrow instructions, documents, and fund disbursements, ensuring that all requirements for title insurance issuance are satisfied. Acting as a trusted liaison between clients and our title and underwriting departments, you'll help maintain the integrity and efficiency that our clients expect. This is an office-based position on a daily basis. Remote applicants will not be considered.
