We are looking to hire an experienced Escrow Officer to perform legal administrative duties for clients selling and buying properties. In this role, you will be responsible for working with loan officers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys to acquire, analyze, and organize all essential documents required to process a closing package. This position requires someone who is capable of managing multiple tasks while still keeping an eye out for opportunities to exceed our customers' expectations. Our ideal candidate will be capable handling the full gamut of responsibilities from entering of the preliminary purchase contract and title order, to preparing the final closing package including the Closing Disclosure (CD), issuing the Title policy, and post-closing procedures. To ensure success as an Escrow Officer, you should demonstrate good communication skills, exceptional decision-making skills, and advanced clerical knowledge. Senior level Escrow Officers are paired up with other Escrow Officers and are responsible for helping to develop and mentor them.
