Escrow Officer (Floater) – El Dorado Hills, CA (Must Reside Within Assigned Footprint) Responsible for handling real estate transactions by establishing new escrow accounts, managing escrow funds, processing closing documentation, and completing settlements in accordance with established policies and procedures. Ensures all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk controls. Acts as a neutral third party between buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate accurate and timely closings. Adheres strictly to company policy, underwriting standards, and audit guidelines while proactively identifying, monitoring, and mitigating risk exposure to the company. As a Floater, provides operational support across multiple branches within the designated geographic footprint. Must reside within the El Dorado Hills, CA footprint to ensure on-site availability and responsiveness to branch needs. Demonstrates adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining service excellence and compliance standards.
