Key Responsibilities Funding & Disbursement Review lender funding instructions and closing documents for accuracy and completeness. Prepare and process wire transfers and checks for disbursement of funds. Balance escrow files prior to funding to ensure all funds are accounted for. Compliance & Accuracy Ensure all transactions comply with Utah state regulations, RESPA, and company policies. Verify payoff statements, commissions, and other disbursements for accuracy. Maintain detailed records of all funding activities for audit purposes. Communication & Support Collaborate with Escrow Officers, lenders, and internal teams to resolve funding issues promptly. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners during the funding process. Problem Resolution Identify and resolve discrepancies in funding packages quickly and efficiently. Escalate complex issues to management when necessary. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred). Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in escrow, title, or mortgage funding preferred. Familiarity with real estate closing processes and lender requirements. Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficient in escrow software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge: Understanding of Utah escrow laws and regulations. Basic accounting principles for balancing files. Work Environment Full-time position, Monday–Friday. This person can either work out of our Ogden office or Salt Lake City office. Office-based with occasional remote flexibility depending on company policy.
