About The Position

The Escrow Coordinator will handle all pre-processing and operational setup tasks, including: Upfront File Preparation Perform order opening QC to ensure accuracy of new files Complete initial file setup, data entry, and internal task creation Send introduction communications to clients and real estate partners, setting the tone for a seamless and professional experience Pre-Closing Tasks Prepare preliminary Closing Disclosures (CDs) and fee sheets Generate and manage CPLs (Closing Protection Letters) Order mortgage payoffs Order all tax certifications, estoppels, sewer/water certs, and HOA documents Prepare title insurance quotes for borrowers, lenders, and agents Scheduling & Coordination Schedule all closings with clients, lenders, agents, and notaries/attorneys with responsiveness and efficiency Verify and confirm wire instructions with all parties to ensure compliance and security Provide timely, proactive communication throughout the pre-closing process to keep all stakeholders informed

Requirements

  • High school diploma, required. Bachelors degree, preferred.
  • Title/escrow experience strongly preferred (processing, pre-processing, or closing support)
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering quick, reliable service
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files at once
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SoftPro is a plus
