About The Position
UWM is seeking a qualified Escrow Coordinator based out of our San Diego office to provide guidance to the TRAC+ Closing team. This role requires 100% onsite attendance in our San Diego office. This position will assure compliance with state-specific closing and escrow related requirements. This position will work with the internal teams to make sure that all licensing requirements are met. This position will work closely with other members on the TRAC+ team to make sure all internal and external deadlines are met and loans are closed timely.
