As an Escrow Closer, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient real estate settlements, working with lenders, realtors, attorneys, and buyers to bring transactions to a successful close. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where accuracy, communication, and organization are key!

Requirements

• 2+ years in administrative, banking, or customer service roles; real estate loan closings and settlement operations area plus!
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while staying collaborative.
• Comfortable with industry-related software and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional real estate closings and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with loan processors, lenders, realtors, attorneys, and internal teams to keep everything on track.
• Perform quality assurance reviews on files for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate loan processing and closing functions, attending closings as needed.
• Handle document recording, check processing, and post-closing functions.
• Stay updated on industry tech and recommend improvements.
