About The Position

The Escrow Client Service Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting existing client accounts and assisting with new transactions. This position involves direct interaction with both internal business teams and external clients to address inquiries and resolve issues. The analyst ensures compliance with regulations and internal policies while providing administrative support, maintaining databases, and working on various projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare deal set up, covenant monitoring, cash movements, and investment processing according to legal contracts.
• Assist Account Manager with monthly report preparation and special projects, ensuring correct setup of deals in internal systems.
• Adhere to all Departmental and Bank policies regarding funds movement.
• Manage new Escrow and Insurance Trust Transactions in accordance with GSS guidelines, monitoring fund receipts and disbursements.
• Follow up on open tickler items in conjunction with the Account Manager.
• Review accounts annually to ensure compliance with bank policies and legal documents.
