The Escrow Client Service Analyst at Deutsche Bank is responsible for supporting existing client accounts and assisting with new transactions. This role involves direct interaction with both internal business teams and external clients to address inquiries and resolve issues. The analyst ensures compliance with regulations and internal policies while providing administrative support, maintaining databases, and working on various projects.

  • Prepare deal set up, covenant monitoring, cash movements, and investment processing pursuant to legal contracts.
  • Assist Account Manager with monthly report preparation and special projects, ensuring correct setup of deals on internal systems.
  • Adhere to all Departmental and Bank policies related to funds movement.
  • Manage new Escrow and Insurance Trust Transactions in accordance with GSS guidelines, monitoring receipt and disbursement of funds.
  • Follow up on open tickler items in conjunction with Account Manager.
  • Review accounts annually to ensure compliance with bank policies and legal documents.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Diligent, organized, strong attention to detail, and responsible.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • High degree of accuracy, efficiency, and delegation skills.
  • Open-mindedness and ability to share information and transfer knowledge to team members.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization.
