Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- A collaborative, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and reviewing documents for escrow transactions
- Communicate with clients and partners to ensure a seamless process
- Maintain accurate records and organized transaction files
- Support the Escrow Officer with administrative and transactional tasks
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet clients professionally
- Open orders, manage file setup, and handle funds and documentation
- Ensure compliance with legal and company standards
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the escrow process
