We are looking to add a part-time Escrow Assistant who is proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team while maintaining schedule flexibility. Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of escrow or related experience preferred but not necessary

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the escrow process, including:
  • Opening orders
  • Inputting closing statement information
  • Preparing documents for closing
  • Supporting disbursements and post-closing follow-up
  • Communicate regularly with clients throughout the escrow process
  • Review and interpret agreements related to escrow transactions
  • Utilize multiple systems and technologies to support transactions
  • Help deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience
