The company is looking for an energetic Escrow Assistant to join their team. In this in-office role, located at 7601 France Avenue South, Suite 650, Edina, MN, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, supporting the Escrow team with customer support and administrative duties, playing a key role in making home ownership a reality.

Requirements

• Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years escrow-related experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, reading title commitments, and taking necessary steps to clear title
• Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow
• Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
• Working with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience
