About The Position

Provide day-to-day support to the escrow officer and sales executive in managing title and escrow files. Assist in opening and processing new escrow orders with accuracy and efficiency. Communicate with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers to gather required information and documentation. Help coordinate closings, ensuring that all documents and funds are prepared and delivered on time. Maintain organized files, perform data entry, and prepare correspondence as needed. Proactively update clients and team members on the status of escrow files. Learn title/escrow procedures, compliance requirements, and company systems with the goal of advancing within the organization.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative, real estate, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn escrow software.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow into expanded responsibilities.
