Transport patients that are admitted to hospital to their assigned rooms and to assist with their transportation needs upon dismissal or short-term leave from the hospital. Responsible to complete patient transports in a timely manner, maintain clean equipment, interact politely and professionally with patients, visitors and medical center staff. Functions independently, frequently with direction via phone or pager. Working flexible hours, which include days, evenings, day/evenings, holidays, weekends and split shifts with rotating days off.
