ASRC Federal Cyber is hiring Escorts/Receptionists to support NSWCDD in Dahlgren, VA. The Escort/Receptionist will perform escort functions and provide customer service. Must have a DoD Secret clearance or higher or be able to obtain a Secret clearance. Must be flexible with daytime hours between 6:00AM-8:00PM. Normal hours are Monday-Friday but could include weekends and holidays depending on customer requirements. Position will be on site at Naval Surface Warfare Center-Dahlgren Division.

Requirements

• Must be able to sit and stand for long periods
• Must be able to work after hours, weekends and/or holidays-No Exceptions
• Must wear Steel toed boots/PPE equipment
• Ability to obtain interim Secret clearance or an active Secret security clearance is required. This position requires the successful applicant to obtain and maintain the required security clearance or other authorization(s) within the necessary timeframe required by applicable contract(s)
• 0-2 years of experience
• Should demonstrate skills with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Must demonstrate the ability to work independently and be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Escorting visitors without clearances within accredited secure spaces; OSS and below
• If the visitor has a NSWCDD sponsor, civilian or Contractor, the Contractor shall notify the point of contact that the visitor is on site
• Signing visitors into all secure spaces annotating all fields on visitor log
• Maintain a visual on visitors at all times while within the facility
• Escort the visitors to the exit at the end of the visit
• Sign visitors out of secure spaces annotating time of departure
• Escort construction or other support personnel within construction and work zones and remain with them keeping visual contact as they work within our secured spaces
• Part-time on call schedule
