About The Position
High Transit LLC is seeking qualified part-time drivers to escort oversized, overweight loads in a manner that promotes public safety. This position is ideal for candidates looking to work 2-3 days per week. Escort Drivers will work as part of our Escort Fleet to escort Wide Haul or Heavy Haul loads to the job site at various points around the mid-Atlantic region. Candidates will be required to operate a manual pickup truck to escort the tractor-trailer. The position may require multiple day trips, with occasional overnight trips. Pay rate is $18.00 per hour. Candidates should expect to work 2-3 days a week with some days being 10-12 hour work days. This position is located at our High Steel Structure plant in Williamsport, PA.
