About The Position
The Appleton eSchool is seeking a skilled and experienced individual who is passionate about the core beliefs and mission of Appleton eSchool to coordinate the Appleton eSchool summer interim session for 2026. The eSchool summer interim session is roughly a 6-week term during June and July. The leader will be responsible for all day-to-day operations to support students, families, and staff during the designated summer interim session time frame. The leader will collaborate with the Director of eSchool leading up to, during, and after the conclusion of the summer interim session.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills interpersonal and online
- Experience creating and publishing online videos and screencasting
- Advanced technology skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Skilled in collaborating with staff, students, and families
- Excellent oral and written language skills
Nice To Haves
- Online teaching experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of eSchool
- Work together effectively with summer interim teachers
- Work together effectively with the eSchool secretary
- Overall facilitation of summer interim day-to-day operations
- Student attendance & failure to participate in management
- Provide ongoing support for students, parents, and staff
- eSchool learning management support - Buzz
- eSchool virtual information system support - Genius SIS
- Experience working with online video & screencast creation & publishing
- Assist with summer interim planning and teacher training
- Online course and content development/design a plus
- Troubleshooting Technology Challenges
- Assist with student Chromebook management for AASD students
