About The Position

The Great Escape Room Boston is looking for team members to help us grow and create an unforgettable adventure for our guests. We are currently hiring a Game Show Host who will be inside the room, leading live, interactive experiences. This role is perfect for someone with a strong personality who enjoys entertaining, engaging with people, and being at the center of the action. Team Lead Responsibilities: Support daily operations by helping ensure shifts run smoothly and efficiently Assist with light administrative tasks such as opening and closing procedures, reporting, and basic scheduling support Help oversee game flow and room readiness to maintain a high-quality guest experience Act as a point of support for team members during shifts, helping answer questions and problem-solve in real time Model strong communication, professionalism, and accountability for the team Identify opportunities for improvement and help implement solutions to enhance operations and guest satisfaction
