About The Position

We are seeking an Escalations Coordinator to join our dynamic Work Orders team and play a key role in our growth. In this role you will be working on cutting-edge solar projects that push the boundaries of technology and efficiency. The Escalations Coordinator is responsible for the timely correction of problems external to the typical solar process. You will serve as the central point of contact for addressing and resolving issues that fall outside the standard solar installation process. This includes monitoring troubleshooting, contracted repairs for damages, and facilitating the replacement of faulty equipment.
