The eSales Agent at Mountain States Toyota is responsible for engaging with customers who contact the dealership with interest in purchasing new and/or pre-owned vehicles. The ultimate goal is to generate sales appointments and drive customers to the dealership. This role involves handling internet inquiries and phone calls, establishing initial contact, and creating a great first impression. The eSales Agent must deliver a premium customer experience by responding to inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate, and courteous manner. This highly accountable position utilizes lead management tools and CRM software to manage the initial guest engagement process. Agents will be trained to understand all products and services offered at the dealership, including current inventory, finance, and incentive programs. Continuous training will be provided in exceptional customer service, sales tactics, overcoming objections, and developing customer relationships. Compensation for this role is tied to appointment and sales performance.
