Job Duties: The Child Care Licensing Manager under limited supervision of the Director for Child Care Licensing, to manage, plan, and develop quality assurance, along with Program Review process, for Child Care Licensing; to develop and coordinate inter-rater reliability among staff in order to resolve inconsistencies; to conduct statewide training for child care providers and program staff. Plans, develops, and manages a quality assurance program by conducting internal audits and coordinating inter-rater reliability among staff; supervises staff responsible for conducting system and file audits. Plans, develops, and manages a program review process to ensure accuracy in the process of issuing licenses for new and renewal applications as well as other processes in the Division of Early Care and Education. Plans, develops, and manages orientation, regulation and director's training for program staff and child care providers. Annually review training to ensure emerging trends are included as well as new regulations, laws, and policies. Attends and participates in all meetings related to regulation and policy development. Performs other related duties as required.
