About The Position

The Error Resolution role researches and resolves any discrepancies with shipments, locations, or product. They are responsible for quickly and accurately locating missing product to complete and ship customer orders in a timely fashion. This position involves identifying and troubleshooting discrepancies with shipments, inventory, and orders, and adjusting inventory quantities. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate department records, understanding and accurately processing ship short orders, properly identifying, correcting, and recording mill errors, and reviewing selected customer orders prior to shipping. The role may also require operating powered lift equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information
• Ability to work with and keep a positive, supportive attitude towards the Company, job, customers and co-workers
• May be required to complete and maintain SanMar’s Lift Operator Certification in compliance with OSHA recommendation
• Demonstrates ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in high demand, high volume environment and meet deadlines
• Must have exemplary performance in regard to attendance, accuracy and productivity

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 years of warehouse experience is preferred

Responsibilities
