About The Position

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Leader to own the end-to-end architecture and product vision of our business applications portfolio, powered by Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Unlike a traditional Product Manager, this role requires deep technical fluency. You will bridge the gap between high-level financial strategy and low-level system configuration. You will act as the primary architect for our roadmap, ensuring our platforms are scalable, SOX-compliant, and ready for the future of AI-driven hospitality operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Enterprise Applications, with a strong background in Solution Architecture or Technical Product Management.
• 4+ years of specific, hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) and OCI/OIC.
• Hybrid Skillset: Demonstrated ability to switch between strategic planning (Roadmaps, Agile ceremonies) and technical execution (ERP Configuration, SQL, API design).
• Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial business processes (GL, AP, AR) and compliance frameworks (SOX).
• Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional technical teams or vendors in an Agile environment.

Nice To Haves

• Project Management Certifications: Active PMP, CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification is a strong plus.
• AI/ML Experience: Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with building AI Agents or using OCI GenAI services.
• Hospitality DNA: Background in the hospitality industry or managing systems for hotel operations.
• Global Scale: Experience with multi-country, multi-entity rollouts and complex Chart of Accounts (COA) redesigns.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Roadmap: Own the technical strategy and product roadmap for Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials, Procurement, Projects), ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Hands-on Leadership: Act as the "Single-Threaded Owner" for application capabilities—defining the vision, managing backlogs, but also diving into configurations and security design when needed.
• Drive AI Innovation: Architect and lead the rollout of AI Agents on Oracle Cloud (OCI GenAI) to automate complex finance and operation workflows.
• Modernize Integrations: Lead the integration architecture on OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), moving legacy file-based loads to modern, real-time API-driven flows.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure production stability, data quality, and root-cause analysis. You will be the technical guardian of SOX compliance and SLAs.
• Bridge Business & Tech: Partner directly with C-level stakeholders in Finance and Operations to translate their requirements into scalable technical solutions.
