We are an industry-leading global distributor, manufacturer, and packager of adhesives used by cell phone, medical device, space/aerospace, and electric vehicle industries! You will implement, customize, maintain, and optimize our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP system supports business processes effectively and efficiently.

  • Understands current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Develops and implements customizations, enhancements, and integrations with other business applications to meet business requirements.
  • Provides ongoing support to ERP system users by troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related problems.
  • Conducts user training sessions and develops training materials.
  • Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and security within the ERP system.
  • 5+ years of experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Prophet21, Microsoft Dynamics, others) in the manufacturing and/or distribution industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • Proficiency in SQL, database management, programming languages relevant to ERP systems (including APIs and system integrations) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with a focus on providing a high level of customer service.
