Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or other related field
  • Above average class performance as demonstrated by college GPA; Preferred 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to build and foster professional business relationships
  • Desire to help companies maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvement
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire

Responsibilities

  • Analysis and configuration of various ERP software systems
  • Stay updated on the latest features and updates for Sage Intacct, Oracle NetSuite, and Microsoft Business Central systems
  • Participating in training and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations for best practices in financial and operational processes within the designated systems
  • Assist in documenting project and process requirements
  • Business analysis and project management associated with industry software solutions in a wide variety of industries
  • Shadow and contribute to client meetings, demos, and feedback sessions
  • Engage in collaborative projects, including sandbox environments and demo builds
  • Exposure to Lean principles in all that we do
  • Proactively engage in training and learning opportunities to enhance your related skills
  • Participate in internship capstone projects and feedback loops to enhance program
