About The Position
The ERP Systems Administrator Sr -Remote provides seasoned technical assistance for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System in support of a business (i.e Finance, Workforce Management and Supply Chain Management) or functional area. Participates in the planning, development, design, testing, migration and implementation of new products and upgrades of existing solutions. Ensures performance reliability, availability and stability of applications and provides problem resolution as needed. Provides technical support to ERP system users and staff on resolution of incidents, problem triage, technical analysis, and follow-up. The level is expected to possess an advanced knowledge of server hardware, peripherals and software and the ability to provide technical leadership in the design, planning, implementation and maintenance of modern technologies and ERP system applications.
