About The Position
Perform functional configuration, modification, and testing tasks for the ERP System, and the HCM module including Time, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, Compensation Management, and Organizational Management. Act as a liaison between departmental end-users and IT staff in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of HCM components. Track and document changes. Perform related duties as assigned. Must work at the office 3-4 days/week & may work from home 1-2 days/week. Must live in the Independence, Ohio area.
