About The Position
Astrodyne TDI, a global leader in custom power conversion solutions, is seeking an ERP Support Analyst who is eager to grow and make a real impact. Your mission, should you choose to accept: Provide first-line support for ERP system users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to transactions, data entry, and system functionality. Manage and prioritize help desk tickets, addressing routine requests quickly to free up time for more complex problem-solving. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Purchasing, Customer Service, Accounting, and Manufacturing to understand their ERP needs and ensure smooth business processes. Analyze and diagnose system problems, thinking critically and creatively to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Assist in training users on ERP processes such as purchase orders, sales orders, work orders, and inventory management to improve overall system proficiency. Support ongoing ERP system improvements by gathering user feedback and recommending process enhancements. Maintain clear and professional communication with end users, providing guidance and follow-up to ensure issues are fully resolved.
