Job Title: ERP Supply Chain Planner Reporting To: Manager, Materials Work Schedule: Onsite – Blacksburg, VA ERP Supply Chain Planner Moog Blacksburg, Virginia, United States Moog Space and Defense Group is the operating group with the longest heritage at Moog. Our team in Space & Defense is looking for an ERP Supply Chain Planner to join them. You will report to the Materials Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in Blacksburg, VA. As an ERP Supply Chain Planner, you will: Make sure the necessary material, labor, and support resources are scheduled and applied to achieve on time delivery of customer orders. You'll work with production management and master scheduling; additionally, you will use the MRP system to evaluate material availability, factory capacity constraints, and other operational aspects of efficient and factory performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree and 3 years of manufacturing experience or Associate degree with 5 years of manufacturing experience including the following:
  • Production planning
  • Cycle counting
  • Procurement of material into production
  • Bill of materials
  • This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

  • Make sure the necessary material, labor, and support resources are scheduled and applied to achieve on time delivery of customer orders.
  • Work with production management and master scheduling
  • Use the MRP system to evaluate material availability, factory capacity constraints, and other operational aspects of efficient and factory performance.
