About The Position

The ERP Specialist will support a large regional utilities/construction company in implementing Acumatica as their ERP system. This role involves representing the finance group during the implementation, managing data integration, testing, writing procedures and workflows, and establishing finance controls. Additionally, the specialist will provide training to peers for maintaining the ERP system.

Requirements

• Accounting background is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ERP Analyst, Specialist, or similar role.
• Experience in implementing an ERP system, preferably Acumatica.
• Proficient in data integration, testing, and writing procedures/workflows with an ERP system.
• Ability to produce training documents and conduct training for the ERP system.
• Experience in meeting with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Experience working with finance teams is essential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to teach others about Acumatica.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Background in construction or utilities.
