About The Position

Infosys is seeking an ERP Solution Architect with strong functional domain exposure in Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS. Candidate should be well versed in finance process flows. Candidate will be driving ERP Cloud and on-premise solution by interfacing with key customer stakeholders. Candidate should be able to provide a solution for the user stories based on Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS financial applications. The candidate will be driving the solution by breaking down user stories through deep dive sessions. Candidate is expected to have hands-on experience on at least 2-3 Oracle ERP Finance implementations. Candidate should have experience in working in Global delivery model and especially in Agile methodology. Deliver high quality deliverables for a module and lead a team during design, build, integrations, testing and support activities related to implementation. Candidate should also be able to participate in transition and warranty support.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant Information Technology experience.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tampa, FL or be willing to relocate to the area.
• 4+ years of end-to-end hands-on experience in Design, Modeling, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Oracle's ERP Cloud and EBS suite of products.
• Strong knowledge of ERP integration landscape.
• Hands-on expertise in solution design, solution architecture, roadmaps, prototypes.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with an emphasis in building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Experience in leading a team of consultants to deliver the designed solution from onshore.
• Experience in driving requirement gathering sessions, conduct CRPs and Demos, run pilots to showcase ERP Finance products.
• Experience in delivering training to users and managing multiple deliverables at the same time.
• Experience in Technical Integrations, Conversions on Financials modules, Requirement gathering, US Withholding Tax 1099 Forms generations and EBusiness Tax.
• Building OTBI and BIP Reports.
• Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Graduate in engineering with MBA in Finance preferred.
• Experience in client facing role - Conducting workshops/CRP's/User story clarification sessions.
• Experience in documenting functional design documents, Test strategy/scenarios/cases, Application user guide etc.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in onsite-offshore models.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
