The ERP Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the organization's ERP modernization project. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendor and partner relationships, and ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The ERP Project Manager will play a key role in driving business transformation, enabling process improvements, and ensuring that the ERP system meets organizational needs.

  • Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation, including requirements gathering, design, testing, training, and deployment.
  • Develop and manage the project plan, schedule, budget, and scope.
  • Oversee daily project operations, ensuring progress against milestones.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the project team, business stakeholders, IT leadership, and external vendors.
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure business needs are understood and incorporated.
  • Manage project team members, assigning tasks, tracking deliverables, and resolving issues.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and other departments to drive process redesign and adoption.
  • Develop and execute a change management plan including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor quality of deliverables, ensuring compliance with business and technical requirements.
  • Ensure ERP solution aligns with governance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years leading ERP or large-scale system implementations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors/partners.
  • Familiarity with industry standard project management methodologies and when/how to apply qualitative and quantitative techniques to drive process improvement.
  • Ability to work as part of a diverse and highly technical team and build collaborative relationships.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud, SAP, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Ability to balance technical and functional priorities.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Comfortable working in complex, dynamic, and high-stakes environments.
