About The Position

Client is looking for an ERP Project Manager to join their team. The Project Manager will play a key role in supporting a major multi‑plant ERP deployment while also serving as a mentor to a junior-level PM who is still gaining experience. This position will help bring structure and consistency to project routines, guiding the junior PM in organizing meetings, managing timelines, and building confidence in project delivery. The PM will also partner closely with the Junior PM as part of a broader effort to stabilize project operations and drive a 5-month milestone plan that includes deploying two plants by the end of September 2026. Strong collaboration is essential, as the role requires coordinating overlapping plant schedules without overburdening teams and ensuring alignment between IT and business resources. Experience with ERP deployments is critical. This person will be working with the master data team, performing configuration cycles, testing rounds, and training activities. The role is decommissioning some of their legacy ERP systems and implementing Infor M3. This role requires a steady, resilient PM who can navigate a fast‑moving environment, model best practices for the junior PM, and help the entire team maintain momentum.

Requirements

Project Management experience- Ability to drive a project from start to finish.
ERP experience - experience with any ERP system. Must have ERP deployment experience going from a legacy system to a new system.
Coaching experience- Someone that has helped train or coach other PMs or team members.
