About The Position

The ERP Project Lead is a critical role responsible for the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of the ERP system within the organization. This position requires collaboration with various departments to understand their needs, configure the ERP system accordingly, and ensure its efficient operation. The role involves analyzing business processes, managing data migration, providing technical support, and training end-users on ERP functionalities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with ERP system implementation and upgrades.
• Knowledge of database management and SQL.
• Project management experience or certification.
• IT management experience is a plus.
• Strong implementation experience and understanding of manufacturing ERP systems, such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Plex, Epicor.
• Experience with B&L Information Systems Odyssey ERP is highly desirable and valued.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Configure and customize ERP software to align with business needs.
• Manage data migration, integration, and transformation processes, coordinating with other business teams to ensure data requirements are met.
• Provide ongoing support and development of the ERP system through user acceptance testing and end-user training.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP system issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ERP system processes and configurations.
• Train end-users on ERP system functionalities and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and enhancements.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.
