About The Position

The ERP Project Consultant will support the planning, implementation, and optimization of our ERP system. This is a short-term, part-time role focused on ensuring a smooth deployment, improving workflows, and aligning system capabilities with business operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience with ERP implementations (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, manufacturing, or supply chain
• Experience with data migration, system integration, and user training
• Excellent project management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and support ERP implementation activities, including planning, configuration, and go-live support
• Assess current business processes and recommend system-driven improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, supply chain, etc.) to gather requirements
• Oversee data migration, validation, and system testing
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions
• Train end users and develop documentation for system processes
• Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations
