Griffith Foods is hiring a ERP Process Leader – Supply Chain & Manufacturing to implement the OneGriffith ERP Program in Griffith Foods units worldwide and provide ongoing support for feature adoption, testing, training, and upgrade cadence execution, while enabling pragmatic process automation and reporting improvements that complement ERP using approved tools and governance. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in the assigned functional area.
  • Prior large-scale ERP implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 or other ERP solutions.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite near Alsip, IL in both an office and plant environment.
  • Ability to travel 5%+ as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 implementation experience.
  • ERP certification or an advanced degree.
  • Specific experience with Production Control.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to complement ERP workflows and reporting.
  • Comfort working with technical teams on data entities, APIs/OData, security roles, environments, and low-code governance.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the ERP Process Leader for Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes.
  • Work closely with the global ERP team on training, testing, regional coordination, new feature enablement, and upgrade cadence execution.
  • Develop process improvements using Microsoft Dynamics 365 best practices across manufacturing and supply chain areas.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes using lightweight automation and workflow tooling aligned with ERP standards and IT governance.
  • Partner with IT and data/reporting teams to improve operational visibility through self-service analytics and standardized dashboards.
  • Support rapid prototyping of process improvements by defining requirements, data needs, and acceptance criteria, then coordinating delivery through the right team.
  • Train regional key users and end users and provide ongoing organizational support.
  • Drive change management and prioritization decisions based on benefit, cost, and risk.
